Winter Enchantment – Edmonton Fashion Photography

I had an absolute great time shooting this winter fashion shoot.  My idea came alight with a small but wonderful creative team and my model, Casey Murphy, who made a the most fitting subject.  Love having full creative control and my mind can run wild with ideas – ranking this type of photography among my favourite.  What a crazy time we had though – at one point I was warming Casey’s feet under my arms, while Tara was trying to keep her balanced on a log.  Of course that was the moment someone walked past and wondered what we were doing!  Never have I worked with a more determined model, to get all the shots despite being cold – no diva here! A big thank you to Tara Luff for her magnificent makeup artistry (really brought the whole idea to life) and assisting throughout the shoot.

Richard and Tracy tied the knot and partied hard!  This beautiful wedding was set at the Eagle Rock Golf Course in Beaumont, Alberta.  We had such a great time cruising around the course, golf cart style. This couple was so laid back and shared contagious laughs which kept us laughing all day!  We topped off the reception with EYE Photography wedding photobooth entertainment for the guests.  The line didn't stop all night - and of course the ideas only get better and better as the night set in and the alcohol flowed freely! You've got to love their expressions! I ...
Caleb & Natalie – Rustic Edmonton Wedding
Caleb and Natalie are one of those couples that just love life. Since our first meeting together, I could just feel so much energy and excitement from them.  Their wedding was filled with gorgeous rustic details.  They salvaged old farm, barn wood to create most of the ceremony and reception decor - what DIY talent!  I loved how they included old family portraits from generations past.  The day of the wedding was sooooo windy - I felt so bad for all the girls and their hair.  What started off as something that could have wrecked the whole day from a photography aspect, turned into something awesome.  Natalie just let her hair fly and didn't c ...
