Fermaniuk Family

As I was driving out to this family session in Fort Saskatchewan, I was wondering how I was going to keep the attention of a family of seven.  But as soon as I met their smiling faces I knew this family was special.  What a beautiful family and wonderful children!  I had a lot of fun working with the Fermaniuks and was glad to capture a bit of their lovely chaos that is life. 🙂  Who knew they were so acrobatic?!
Leave it to your brother to photo-bomb your time in the spotlight
(not to mention he demanded to wear the coolest outfit ever for the photo shoot)

I got to spend the day on the farm photographing this family just east of Edmonton near Tofield. We did chores, made dinner, played in the warm summer night's air, herded sheep, and I even learned how to hypnotize a chicken - an important life-skill I was lacking. What a beautiful family and what heartwarming memories.

The Rilkoff family. They have my heart - they are such a dear, dear family. I offered them the idea of doing a lifestyle session at home.
